Greatest achievement
The feeling of helping someone get into their dream job is always an amazing feeling, especially when they have been trying to join for a couple of years. With every push back this young lady had, she never gave up on her dream, but also never gave up on me as a recruiter and because of that I was able to make it happen for her. She is now serving in the RA, currently deployed and is loving her Army career.
