The interview is really more a discussion to find out more about yourself and discuss what roles you would like to do in the Army/give you guidance if you are unsure. We will ask questions like what are your hobbies/interests, what is your current situation (living and work) - my only advice to prepare is to do some research into roles you are interested in so you can come in with questions and make sure you leave feeling fully informed about the roles and what happens next.
