Yes, you can definitely visit an Army Career Centre before applying online. The staff there can provide you with detailed information about the application process, answer any questions you have, and guide you through each step. They can also help you understand the different roles available and ensure you meet the eligibility requirements.

Visiting a Career Centre can be a great way to get personalised advice and support, making the application process less daunting. Once you feel more confident, you can then proceed with your online application.

There is no need to go to the careers office first. You may withdraw your application at any stage up until basic training. However it is important to do your research before hand. Decide if you want to be an officer or soldier. Look at the different job roles and responsibilities and know what interests and hobbies you have as all of these may require one of your recruiters to point you in the right direction. They will be with you every step of the way throughout your application once submitted and any questions from there can be directed directly to them.

    Hi Zax,

You are always welcome to go to your local Careers Centre before applying I even recommend it as the staff in the office will be able to answer any questions you have and give you more insight into the Army which in turn will hopefully ease your mind.

    Hope this helps
    A :)
