    Hi Andrew,

Respect and discipline are fundamental; always show respect to your superiors and peers, follow orders promptly, and maintain discipline in all your actions. Teamwork is highly valued in the Army, so be cooperative, support your teammates, and work towards common goals. Punctuality is crucial, as being on time demonstrates your commitment and reliability. Maintain a professional attitude at all times, which includes your appearance, language, and conduct. Be adaptable and open to change, ready to face new situations and challenges.

On the mindset front, keep a positive attitude even when things get tough, as it can help you overcome challenges and stay motivated. Develop mental toughness and resilience to bounce back from setbacks, which is essential in the military. Be eager for continuous learning and improvement, taking every opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge. Set clear goals for yourself and stay focused on achieving them, which will help you stay motivated and on track. Lastly, maintain a high level of physical fitness, as it is crucial for your performance and overall well-being in the Army.

Embrace the Army's values and culture, and you'll find your apprenticeship to be a rewarding and transformative experience. Good luck!
