Please could you advise if there are certain dates that the recruitment process is running?
I am from South Africa and i am currently planning the big move. I am looking to apply to join either the Guardsman, Dog Handler or Infantry Soldier. I am not sure if you could apply at any time, or are there preferred time frames. Your help would be much appreaciated.

The recruitment process is currently open for a number of roles in the British Army.
After you've filled out your initial application, one of our recruiters will be in touch and talk you through the different roles and the process step by step.

The British Army recruitment process is continuous throughout the year, meaning there are no specific start or end dates for applications. You can apply whenever it suits you best. After submitting your application, you'll progress through several stages, including an Army Briefing, an Assessment Centre, and finally, your initial training.
The timeline for each stage can vary depending on the role you wish to pursue. For instance, popular roles like Dog Handler may have longer waiting periods compared to roles in the Infantry, which might have more frequent start dates.
