How hard is it to get into the CPU and who will I be protecting and where?

Good morning Arito,
The CPU is a physically demanding course however it is not impossible to pass and you will be taught on the stuff you are expected to pass and when you get to your unit they run pre-course build ups so you stand a better chance at passing the course.
In terms of who you will be protecting, it can be anyone from generals to ambassadors anywhere in the world. You will get a presentation about CPU in your inital trade training.
