Would my residency abroad impact my application for Army intelligence

I was born and currently reside overseas, but I've been in the UK for several years. will this affect my application. Additionally, would I need to provide extra details regarding my residency status and personal records for sensitive positions, such as proof of citizenship or bank or rental info

Hi there, you will need to have lived in the UK for five years and be a UK resident. For applications in the intelligence sphere there would more required as part of the vetting process but this will be explained as you apply.
