Would i get paid the same as adults if im only 16?

Jaiden,
As you are 16 you will go to the Army foundation college in Harrogate. Once passed you will then enter the increment level salary in which your salary will increase annually in line with adult entry soldiers. Once promoted you levels will then increase again
