Would I be in AFC Harrogate in march 2022 or would I be on an adult intake? I'm 16.9

If you're at the medical stage then hopefully you'll be at AFC(H) by March 22. You need to be between 16 and 7 years 5mths to start Harrogate. By the Sept intake unfortunately you'll be too old (17.10mths) then you'd go to either Winchester, Pirbright or Catterick for basic training (depending on your job choice). There are lots of other U18s who start 'adult training' but you'd not be allowed to deploy anywhere until you are over 18. Hope this helps.
