Work full time in ambulance service want to join reserve as CMT. How would it work with also working full time

The ambulance service is signed onto the armed forces covenant meaning they allow you the time of that you need to complete your training and go on deployments etc. You would work your normal shift pattern around the reserves and do the reserves in your spare time. If on deployments your workplace will release you for the amount of time required, and you would return to work after.
