Doctors can be posted pretty much anywhere each unit usually has its own medical centre or medical units will have a number of doctors allocated to them. Youll spend the first ffew years as a GDMO just whilst you complete your degree and you can speciaise in different feilds such as primary health emergency medicine or surgical .
