I am making an assumption that you would be looking at a reserve role.
deployments in the reserves are often voluntary and personal circumstances are taken into consideration where they are not. That being said you must understand that the needs of the army come first so while it will do everything possible to ensure you are able to undertake your studies should the need arise and there not be another option then you would need to do as ordered. This situation is relatively unlikely though.
