Hello,
This entirely depends on what role you are looking at/what your qualifications are, and what you want from life.
I chose the Army after working for the NHS and I much prefer it, but I have friends who have worked for the Army and then wanted more stability so left and now work for the NHS.
The Army has a huge range of varied opportunities, not just in healthcare, but it encourages you to play sport, do adventure training, and try roles you would never normally do. But it does require you to flexible, to move around, and spend time away from loved ones.
I think the Army pays better than the NHS and the perks are better (access to cheaper accommodation etc..), but then I am a little biased!
