Women are more than capable of infantry roles should they meet the correct standard, recently the first female has passed the P company course for the parachute regiment proving that they are more than capable. If a CMT is what you are interested in, then you can attach to the infantry after a few years and do what they do whilst still being a medic by trade, so if you are interested in the infantry side of life that could be a good option for you achieving both.
