had three courses of steroids as a child is there a time limit to these or is it indefinite that I can join because I have had steroids in the past?

    Hello,
I'm sorry but we are unable to answer individual medical enquiries on this forum. It is possible to appeal decisions and you should have been given details on how to do this.
Entry medicals are done by capita rather than military doctors, so this is not my area of expertise. It used to be that multiple courses of steroids meant you could not join indefinitely, however the entry policy is constantly being reviewed and updated so I am not sure if this is still the case.
If you do decide to appeal, it is worth having evidence to show you no longer suffer from asthma, for example, a peak flow diary.
    Best of luck.
