Hi I'm currently a 3rd year med student, I'm having difficulty finding specific answers, I attended an open day at sandhurst, but the officers there couldn't answer any medical officer specific questions. What is the best way to get some info as it is difficult to source med officer info , thanks in advance Laura
Hi Laura,
That would probably be via talking to me!
During the application process you do have the opportunity to visit RMAS and you receive lectures from serving doctors and have the opportunity to ask questions both formally and informally. However I can appreciate it is useful to get some more information before you get to that point.
The AMS do occasionally arrange career information days for specific roles, so it is worth keeping an eye on their social media pages for upcoming events.
In the mean time, please feel free to ask any questions you may have here and I will do my best to answer them for you.
