Hi Joshua,
If you wish to remain within the dental role then a move to be a Dental Nurse with the Royal Army Dental Corps would be the best step for which more detail can be found here - https://jobs.army.mod.uk/roles/army-medical-service/dental-nurse/. Even if you are not GDC qualified, you would be able to go for this role and your experience as a Dental Technician would be invaluable.
