I ( Samuel Aged 24 Years ) would like to apply for an apprenticeship and I completed a Sports Coaching / Strength and conditioning degree last year . I have Slight Blured vision ( I do not wear Spectacles ) in one eye due to contracting Meningitis as a baby which damaged the optic nerve
