where would i work as a vet nurse and would i have to travel countries?
I live in the north east (hartlepool durham). If i were to train as a vet nurse were would my main place of work be? and is travel overseas essential for this role in the army, if so then how often?

Sorry, I'm not sure. but google says the Vet Corps is based at Melton Mowbary, Leicestershire.
As like any solider you can/will be deployed as and when required in and out side the UK.

As already mentioned you could still be deployed most of this role is located at a few locations in the east midlands area with some opportunities at ceremonial units such as London but more specific locations will become know to you once training is complete.
