Probably in St Athens with 1 Para. 2 and 3 Para are based in Colchester.
That being said there will be opportunities to be posted out of regimental duty throughout your career, for instance to Pirbright as an instructor for the Drill and Duties course (qualifying junior soldiers to become Lance-Corporals) or to Sandhurst to train officer cadets. These postings will typically last 2 years before going back to 1,2 or 3 Para
