Not yet as I am only 16 and the main role I am aiming for is the royal military police therefore have a year to wait until I'm old enough for the role.

I would look to apply when you are 17 to make your you attend AC, pass and secure a role.

Maybe see if you can gain some experience working within a Police Station, Although this will most probably be unpaid, it's good experience and all helps with your application :)

Im fortunate enough my local college has a uniformed services course which I am taking this September
