Hi Kieran - The minimum service is 4 years. You can "sign off" i.e hand in your notice at your 3 year point, however it will be a year process of leaving and resettling; which means you will leave bang on your 4 year point.
You can sign a contract for 12 years, or 22 years; however the minimum service will still be 4 years regardless.
