Something I tell everyone who comes into my office is that the Army doesn't change your personality, it changes your attitude and instils some values within. What this means it that you will still have your individualism and quirks but the Army is great at building confidence, teaching people when to be disciplined, courageous and have a certain degree of respect but we are all human at the end of the day so we all have our individual characteristics and that's what makes the Army a great place to be/work due to the wide array of people serving alongside you.
