Hello,
Its quite good actually. To simplify what the army offers: You can pick what job you want, the army will train you to do the job, pay for the training and pay you. Then, give you the job at the end. You will have to complete a minimum service of 4 years but in the job that you've chosen. You can then leave the army with civilian recognised qualifications and working experience. I've done 12 years and have no intentions to leave soon. Hope this helps.
