The physical standards required can be found under 'Entry requirements' on the Paratrooper job page (linked below). Once you can do these, you're ready to apply. However, as I'm sure you're aware, being a Paratrooper is physically demanding, so do continue to develop your fitness.

The application process varies based on individual circumstances and course availabilities. It normally takes a couple of months or in some cases up to a year.
