Hi i've been away so apologies for the late response, there is a massive difference between a CMT and a MSO the main one being a MSO isn't medically qualified or have any medical training, their role is more about the support and gathering of resources to allow medics to work by letting us know what areas to go to and what were going to be doing once we arrive there.
