Yes, you'll need to pass a fitness test every 6 months. It's nothing to worry about, the tests are comparably very easy to the routine physical training you'll be doing and they exist to make sure that you don't fall below an expected standard.
You'll also need to pass fitness tests to apply to make sure that you're at a level where you won't fall behind in Basic Training.
