This depends on the courses you do once in service, many soldiers leave and enter the private security and maritime security world, Depending on experience.
You will leave after the minimum term with a handful of licences, security qualifications as a minimum. If you complete any promotional courses you will gain management courses with these.
As I said, it depends how you manage yourself throughout your career.
