Phase 2 training consists of a degree at the Birmingham city university. Because all nurses do their training with the Army through this university you have access to the chain of command (CoC) who are also located at the university to whom you can direct your issues to. Other support will also be available and should be identified within your basic training phase, for example academic learning, learning difficulties or special needs and requirements. Should you be diagnosed with any of these or additional help is suggested, then this will be supported by your CoC and followed through your time at university and the rest of your career.
