Wake up time depends on what you're doing!!!
In training you wake up earlier than you do when you're in work (like a normal day). If you're on exercise you might be on stag (sentry) so you'll be doing shifts of sleep. You might want to get up earlier to get a run in or swim before work, so you'd wake up early then. Once out of training you decide what time you need to be up to get yourself off to work.
