What support is available for career changers?

Hello Kevin,
Are you currently serving and wish to change careers? or are you not yet within the military?
If you are military you will need to go through your RCMO who will help guide you through your change in career and will support and assist you with it.
If you are still a civilian looking at joining the Army the career centre personnel will be there to help support your application and help guide you through the process. Also once you have a chosen Corps that you wish to join there will likely be a designated Nurture team that will come and talk to you face to face and will answer questions about your chosen trade and go into more depth about your day to day life and your career progression through that trade.
