PTSD help and services that are there to help soldiers when they are injured out
Hi there,
I see that your question hasn’t been answered for some time so I’ll jump in.
The Army takes the mental health of its soldiers and veterans very seriously. Whilst serving, soldiers are looked after by our medical staff and the military mental health staff who have specialists in the management of PTSD. We also have access to a number of military and civilian charities which offer help and support. These charities continue to support soldiers once they have left service to ensure they remain well supported. In addition to this, many Regiments have their own regimental charities who provide support to their veterans and their families.
I hope this answers your question but please come back to me if you want to know anything else.
