Hi Ben,
As with most roles in the Army, experiences vary massively and largely depend on where you're posted. You'll normally move postings every 2-3 years, and its unlikely any two days will be the same.
I've known drivers whose typical day was servicing their vehicle every morning before moving equipment around the UK, some whose job was managing their unit's fleet of civilian vehicles, and some whose job was teaching people how to alpine ski. It really is a varied role, so there's no simple answer.
