Also do you get to partake within combat on foot as a Royal Signaller also what makes this role better than the Infantry or being a Tank Driver as I’d want the best career that can last.

Hi Dylan,

We are all unique as individuals. With this in mind "what is best" is simply down to our own aspirations and desires.

The last unit i was attached to was 40 Cdo, they have a great bunch of lads, that being said i'd always say that Army units have the higher output and development. As a larger organisation we have more to offer.

If you want the best career then you must go for what sounds more appealing to you. I could say what is great or more beneficial, that being said, my opinion is irrelevant unless you share the same likes/dislikes which is extremely unlikely.

The best advice i can give is to research the job roles both via the Army website and search Army jobs via you tube. Theres alot of valuable information out there and only you know what you'd be best suited to.
