Good morning,
The key times that would decide what someone with poor mobility to undertake in the Army would be firstly the Entry Medical Requirements (https://jobs.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/can-i-apply/medical/) which would decide if you meet the minimum standards required by the Army. Following that, there are physical standards that need to be achieved for parts of the Army. These are assessed through things like P-Company which selects our paratroopers. Without knowing further details of any conditions (which you should not detail on this open website) its hard to give bespoke advice. Id suggest going to your local Army Careers Office and have a talk with one of the advisers.
Sorry it wasn't necessarily the answer you were wanting but hopefully you now have a route to find out more info.
