What qualifications can I gain up to Sgt level and how long is each course and what are they, from Pte-Sgt?
Looking to retrade and wanted more info, currently a Cpl, need to know what I need to do to get up to a qualified level at that rank as a HR administrator-clerk

There are a variety of qualifications that you can gain up to the rank of Sgt ranging from Literacy/Numeracy Level 1/2 all the way up to a Foundation Degree in Business Administration and beyond. Some courses such as ALDP (The old CLM courses) are mandatory and must be completed prior to taking up a new rank.
