what physical requirements does a full time CMT need?
and is it different for a female or the same for all?

The fitness standards for serving CMTs are in the process of being updated, but the standard is the same for males and females.
The entry standards can be found on the Army jobs website, the standard once you have joined is higher, but you will be prepared for this.
