I'm 16 years old, and I've been consistently training kickboxing for quite some time now. I was wondering what is taught in the army, and whether my already existing martial arts experience would intervene with it.
Hello, the British army dose not formally adopt any had to had marshal art but you kick boxing experience will not be wasted. As well as being good for you fitness you will be able to continue your training in kickboxing, maybe even being able to compete on behalf of the Army. Thanks.
I will be able to continue training kickboxing if I work fulltime for the army? Also what do you mean by "compete on behalf of the army"? Fight in competitions or literally fight for the army in battle.
Hello, yeah you will have time to train kickboxing in you own time while working full time for the army. When I said "compete" I meant in competitions. I wouldn't imagine anybody kickboxing in a battle.
