Hi there,
There is no prior experience neccessary to join the army as an Officer. As long as you can pass the pre-requisite selection and are eligible through education and nationality then you will be in a good position. I would recommend that you seek to undertake visits with the regiments you are seeking to join To get an idea of what they do.
Speak to your your recruiting POC to arrange these.
