hi there, there are plenty of routes to achieve this depending on what path you are looking to take And how you define trade and combat.



If you are defining trade as a primary job role then you would likely need to join a regiment that gives you a trade such as the REME, the Engineers, or the Signals (There are others too, check out the role finder) from here you would need to be part of 16 Air Assault Brigade Combat Team to have the best chance of being allowed to complete P- Company.



If you are defining combat as actively seeking out and fighting with the enemy, regiments with trades tend not to do this as their primary role. If you define it as being up close to the fighting then something like an Engineer, who performs engineering tasks in support of the Combat Arms might be something worth looking at. Alternatively a Combat Medic could be an option.



If you are content that a trade could be something like being an advanced signaller or a team medic then your best bet would be to join the Parachute regiment and do a lower level trade course or to be part of a Combat Arm within 16 Air Assault Brigade Combat Team.
