What is the training after AOSB for a reserve PQO (Doctor)

Anonymous asked a question to Tori C.

I'm an NHS doctor keen to join the Army Medical Reserves as a PQO. What training would I need after AOSB. Is it 8 weeks (4 blocks of 2 weeks each at Sandhurst?). Or, do reserve doctors do only modules A & D at Sandhurst ( 2 weeks each) and the rest at DMS, Lichfield? Thanks for your help

    Hello,

You do 2 x 2 week modules at RMAS, and then as you say, any additional training for doctors is usually done through DMS(W).
