Percentage of people accepted would be impossible to work out as it all depends on the individual meeting all of the criteria to pass the selection process this would vary depending on the number of applications and how many people would pass this would not consider people who drop out of the process voluntarily.

You application does not need to stand out you just need to apply through the Army website and start the application process we will do our checks and invite you in for an interview. You will then have to go through the medical process where we check all of your medical records. Once this has been completed and you know what job roles you which to go for that you meet the right grades and criteria you will then go to the selection centre to conduct your fitness test and other relevant tests to your trade.

Once all of this is completed and passed you will be accepted to join to prepare yourself research your job roles and know what it is you want to do and prepare for all of the tests you will be required to complete this will help you to stand out more. Also if not already good at it then practice your communication skills as this is a key part of what you are assessed on.
