What is the latest fitness test for 2025

soldiers are expected to conduct a SCA once a year.
this consists of a 2km run, press ups pull ups and deadlifts.
and a RFT
which is a 4km march with 40kg, into a 2km run with 25kg, then a series of exercises with 10kg.
