Hello, I'm not sure what you mean exactly? But if you mean to ask what you will be doing between basic training and becoming an experienced solider then I would have to say you would be doing your job as a driver, building experience, before getting promoted and teaching what you have learnt to your priers. Thanks and any other question or clarification you need then just ask.
