What is the difference between reserved and regular soldier/army?

The main difference is the time.
Regular Soldiers are full time. Reserve Soldier are part time. Reserves are great for if you want the best of both worlds. Balancing, your civilian job with all the perks of part time Soldiering.
Both are great options, having said that, as a serving Regular Soldier I'd always recommend full time. This gifts you more opportunities to find the best version of yourself. Whilst also being able to enhance your skill set on a more frequent basis.
