what is the difference between 102 and 104 Logistics Brigade? which one is better?

102 Logistic Brigade is to be prepared to deploy trained force elements, including the Brigade Headquarters, world-wide, within Readiness to Deploy in order to support 1 (UK) Divisions’ military contribution to a national, NATO or multi-national force.Where as
104 Logistic Support Brigade is the Army’s theatre logistic enabling formation whose role is to deliver scalable logistic enabling force elements at readiness and is prepared to provide a 1* HQ to act as or in support of the HQ National Support Element / Joint Force Logistic Component for any UK deployment.
its depends what one is preferred,both have there own important role to play .
