Daily life wherever you are in the Army evolves around fitness, training and flexibility. The difference is that something like a combat role, you are constantly training and refreshing skills and improving for the time when you are required to do it for real, where as for a example a trade like REME, you will be actively working the trade, whether that be vehicle maintenance or weapons maintenance etc. Both have in common progressive training and development throughout a career, time to participate in sports and generally follow a normal working week when not on exercises or deployed.
