What is the best Experience you have had in your role with the army?

You have asked a very good question indeed.
The best experience I have had in the Infantry is leading a team of 8 soldiers as a Corporal.
I did this for three years in total, two of them as an Instructor at the Infantry Training Centre in Catterick, turning people like yourself, into soldiers.
It gave me a great sense of achievement seeing people that I had trained for 6 months, leave training and join their respective Battalions.
It is a time of my life that I will always look back on with a fondness in my heart.
