What is the average time from Assessment Center till basic training?
I know it all depends on the role you applied for, but I was wondering if there was an average time like a minimum time they could give you? Asking because my assesment is in a few weeks, but I unfortunetly went and hurt my chest, I am able to complete all the assesment center physical activities, but certain movements hurt the chest.

Was out for a bicycle ride, and fell, landed with my chest on a tree stump and think I've pulled a muscle. Still able to do the Run, mid thigh pull and medicine ball throw with no pain, but it hurts to do a push up.

Just rest it as much as possible but continue with your running
