The Recruit Bounty Scheme is an incentive for serving soldiers to support the recruiting effort. If someone you know is in the Army, they can sponsor you, and will get £500. Ask the serving person to look up the Recruit Bounty Scheme ABN, or follow this link: https://mobile.army.mod.uk/webApp/rbs
You do not need to be 'recommended' to join the Army. You simply need to meet the eligibility requirements that can be found on the Army Jobs website, here: https://jobs.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/can-i-apply/
